I have had it for one year, and use primarily at night at deer camp. The entire muffler broke off

After writing a review before that was 2 stars I'm writing this one. Generator got here added oil and gas would start, run 5 seconds then cut off I have had many generators before so immediately thought oil. Checked oil it was fine. Then after tinkering with it for awhile I found lose wire reattached it, and run my 8000 watt ac. Great product.

Works great my son is using it for his car washing business it turned on with first pull

Generator starts right up, the cuts out. Not sure why but does me no good, my portable ac just sitting here while I sweat,

I just purchased the 4500W generator. It has really good features and a nice compact size. It arrived here in very good condition. It was as little hard to start the first time, but after a spray of starter fluid into the carburetor it stated right up. Its a little noisier then my fully enclosed 2000W generator, but I expected that. Overall I'm well pleased with my purchase.

Great product for the price. Everything worked great and it's easy to use. Would recommend

Generator arrived very well packaged and in excellent condition. Added oil and non ethanol fuel, pulled recoil starter with the switch off a few times to circulate the oil. Turned on the switch and the engine started on the first pull. Ran it for a three hour break in while varying the load. Generator ran very well while maintaining proper voltage and frequency. Shut it off, drained the carb and replaced the oil. Time will tell how it holds up.

Bought the 4400 generator and it ran well and had good gas usage. Loved eco mode and was fairly quiet. Unfortunately vibrated itself to death and broke the motor mounts and fuel tank mounts Pull string broke. All within 6 months of purchase. Followed maintenance oil change and spark plugs etc but motor still seized. Once again within 6 months. Unable to order replacement parts contacted company and they offered replacement but with return of product. One USPS and others won't transport items that have had fuel in them. Two even if they did not cheap to pay out of pocket to ship due to its weight

Fast delivery. Works great

Started on first pull

Received well packaged and on time. Very easy setup but i had watched a few you tube videos before choosing a model and knew what to expect. After oil and gas fill up unit cranked on 3rd pull. Ran well and was fairly quiet. Plugged in leaf blower and a few other items to check unit. Worked flawlessly. That being said reveiwed models on Powersmart website and choose the DL 5040C over the DL 5040. Their website boasted wheels, a carbon monoxide warning and shut down feature and a 4 gallon fuel tank over the regular DL 5040 having none of those options and only a 1.7 gal fuel tank. Contacted Power Smart and was told the description on their website was wrong. I chose to keep the DL 5040C because i feel after all my research it is still the best generator for the money. 2 yr warranty vs a 90 day for some. I bought this just for power outages and not to use on a regular basis so it could take a while to fairly rate this unit but so far very impressed and if I needed another one tomorrow, I would order another one. Good luck out there.

This one is my 3rd one of these generators. The rope burns into within a couple of weeks and within 3 months the motor has broke loose from the frame.

Seems to be exactly what I need and ordered. Have not taken it out of the box yet.

Got it within 4 days and had it started in about 15 minutes

First and foremost just eant to say I was impressed with the speed in which I got it shipped considering it was during a hurricane. The quality of the generator was shockingly great for the price of the unit. This by no means feels like a budget friendly generator. It is a solid workhorse from what I can tell. Thank you for offering such a product especially for the price. Already about yo but another one. Solid 10

Well made and delivered quickly. Ran at 50% load for 13 hours straight on 2 gallons of Marine gas on ECO mod. Used a total of 3 1/2 days straight without any trouble. I used to sell and repair all types of generators and this is a great product.

Awesome product good quality, need to start sending oil with the product!!

The muffler broke off one of them and I can't get a response from power

Excelente pequeno y algo silencioso
