At Total Power Supply, all products sold are brand new and unused and are backed by manufacturer warranties when offered.

Warranty terms, coverage, and duration vary by brand and product. We encourage customers to review the manufacturer’s warranty information included with their purchase or listed on the product page.

Manufacturer Warranty Responsibility

All warranty obligations are handled directly by the product manufacturer.

Total Power Supply does not provide direct warranty service, including repairs or replacements, unless otherwise stated.

Warranty claims are subject to the manufacturer’s policies, procedures, and approval.

Warranty Claim Options

If a product issue arises, you have two options:

  • Contact the Manufacturer Directly: This is often the fastest way to resolve warranty claims
  • Request Assistance from Total Power Supply: We can help coordinate the claim process on your behalf

Warranty Claim Assistance

If you would like us to assist with your claim, please email support@totalpowersupply.com with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • Your shipping address
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos or videos showing the problem (if applicable)

Our support team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.

We will work with the manufacturer to help facilitate the claim where possible.

Important Warranty Terms

  • Warranty approvals, replacements, and repairs are determined solely by the manufacturer
  • Processing times may vary depending on the manufacturer and product type
  • Customers may be required to provide additional documentation or troubleshooting steps
  • In some cases, customers may need to ship items directly to the manufacturer for inspection or repair

Total Power Supply is not responsible for:

  • Manufacturer warranty claim decisions or outcomes
  • Delays in processing or fulfillment of warranty claims
  • Costs associated with warranty claims unless explicitly approved by the manufacturer
