We aim to make shipping fast, transparent, and hassle-free - so you can focus on your grow.

Order Confirmation

Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that your order has been submitted and that your payment method has been pre-authorized.

If any item in your order is unavailable or delayed, we will contact you with options such as waiting for restock, selecting an alternative product, or canceling the item for a refund.

Orders containing in-stock items are processed quickly and prepared for shipment as soon as possible.

Please note: Once an order has been processed, we are unable to modify the shipping address.

Shipping Policy

At Total Power Supply, we offer free shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states).

We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international locations.

  • Processing Time: Most orders ship within 1–3 business days
  • Transit Time: Typical delivery is 1–7 business days
  • Exceptions: Some items may have extended lead times, which will be noted on the product page

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email.

If you have not received tracking within 7 business days, or if your tracking number does not update, please contact us and we will assist promptly.

Split Shipments & Delivery

Orders may ship in multiple packages depending on product availability and warehouse locations.

Items may arrive separately, and tracking numbers may update at different times.

For larger items, shipping may be completed via freight (LTL). These deliveries typically include curbside service and may require a delivery appointment.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

Additional fees may apply for address corrections, reshipments, or rerouting once an order has been processed or shipped.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

We will assist in filing claims when possible, but we do not guarantee replacements or refunds for lost or stolen packages.
